Description
Naoi, which means “temples” in Greek, pays homage to the magnificence of the temples of Selinunte, one of the largest and most important Greek colonies in Sicily.
In Selinunte, the famous sculpture depicting the beheading of Medusa, who had the power to petrify anyone who met her gaze, is famous.
It is said that from Medusa’s blood, coral was born from some algae that petrified upon contact with her head.
