Material: Cover – 100% Polyester, Inside – Tourmaline beads and natural lavender flower.

Instructions: Use either hot or cold.
To Chill: Place in the freezer for at least 3 hours.
To Heat: Place in the microwave and heat according to packaging. About 20-25 second.
Do not overheat. Use care when removing from microwave. Product can cause burns if overheated. Avoid prolonged direct contact with skin. Avoid using if allergic to lavender or have sensitive skin. Do not ingest contents. Discard if cover is ripped or damaged.
Care: Spot clean with a damp cloth or sponge —do not submerge in water or machine-wash. Air dry before use. Store in a cool, dry place.
