1.5 million flowers and 42,000 miles of collective bee flight went into the creation of this unique honey, now smoked over Madrona wood – the most beautiful and unique of the PNW’s native trees. It pairs well with strong cheese, meats and even your coffee!
The honey is sourced from Northwest Washington beekeepers, and then after cool-smoking the honey, the flavor is imbued with rich bonfire notes.
