This unique dark chocolate is a special blend of Monte Plata and West Indian cocoa beans from the Dominican Republic. Like the complexity of a fine Cognac, this chocolate begins with tasting notes of crisp pear, fresh nectarine, then the flavor grows in intensity with a strong finish of grapefruit and aged oak.
