Description
A sunprint kit with light-sensitive paper that uses sunlight and water to create blue-and-white photographic impressions. It is used by placing objects on the paper, exposing it to sunlight for a few minutes, then rinsing with water to reveal and set the image.
The larger 5.8 x 8.3 inch sheets allow for more detailed compositions, including layered objects or larger botanical forms. The cyanotype process, developed in the early 19th century, produces distinct high-contrast prints, and this kit includes 10 sheets for repeated experimentation.
